Where Do Our Images Come From?
Throughout the website and various other forms of media, such as online paid advertising, we will utilise multiple resources both paid for and open source. On this page we will clearly outline the licenses for each image, and where appropriate, provide attribution to the content creator.
The majority of our images are licensed under various Creative Commons licenses and will be outlined in TASL (Title, Author, Source, License). We will identify where images have been modified, some of which contain the FDCO ltd Flight Delays official logo, which is subject to copyright.
In our gallery we will depict the original image. For where we state modifications as "Yes", we would have added one or all of the following modifications: Inclusion of the FDCO ltd Flight Delays Logo, desaturation, colour correction, airline disclaimer notice (no affiliation text), addition of informative text (such as "Claim up to £X per passenger" where X is the GBP amount that we are currently using), removal of trademarked logos or website names. This is not an exhaustive list and if you are the author of any content included on this page and have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Some of the images used on our website and in advertising media depict well known airlines, to identify to passengers that they are eligible to claim against a multitude of airlines. Though in many cases we have good relationships with these airlines, we are not endorsed nor affiliated in any way to these airlines, and as such we will add disclaimers to these images stating that we are not affiliated with that airline.
We will not include images that we have purchased royalty free on this page, as they do not require attribution.
